At Mark Bell Sling Shot, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear to help you reach your strength goals. If your equipment isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange items in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of chalk or sweat marks.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
